We use methylated, active forms of both folate and vitamin B12 to ensure optimal absorption and effectiveness. The folate is provided as L-5-MTHF (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the bioavailable form that does not require conversion by the body, making it suitable for individuals with MTHFR variations. Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin, its active form.
