Are your vitamins 3rd party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by PAS Labs, a UKAS accredited laboratory (No. 1288), to ISO 17025 standards. We screen for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury), all 14 major allergens (including gluten, peanut, soya, egg and sesame), and microbial contaminants using validated methods. A batch is only released once it has passed every check.

How do I give it to my child?
Simply open one sachet and mix the powder into food or drink once a day. It’s completely flavourless, so your little one won’t notice it’s there.
Can it be mixed into warm food or drinks?
Yes, it can be added to warm foods or drinks. Just avoid very hot temperatures, as extreme heat may reduce the vitamin effectiveness.
Is it allergen-friendly?
Yes. Luna & Eve sachets contain no dairy, soy, nuts, gluten, or shellfish, and have no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Is it suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, our formula is vegan-friendly and Halal certified.
Can I give this alongside other supplements?
We recommend consulting your child’s doctor before combining with other supplements, to avoid exceeding daily recommended amounts.
What form of folate and vitamin B12 do you use in Luna & Eve's flavourless multivitamins?
We use methylated, active forms of both folate and vitamin B12 to ensure optimal absorption and effectiveness. The folate is provided as L-5-MTHF (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the bioavailable form that does not require conversion by the body, making it suitable for individuals with MTHFR variations. Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin, its active form. We chose these forms because they are readily usable by the body, gentle on digestion, and widely considered the gold standard for
both effectiveness and tolerability.

My daughter has ASD and like many children on the spectrum is extremely sensitive to taste and texture. She only eats dry food and won't even eat sweets! I was getting desperate to get some nutrients into her! Then I contacted my local community nurse and she suggested Luna and Eve. I mix the sachets into my daughter's water and she has no clue that they are in there!! This truly is the only way I am managing to get any nutrients into my daughter! Luna and eve is amazing I saw it advertised on Facebook my son has AFRID and PICA he eats only eats twiglets or milk so I mix the luna and eve multivitamins into hes milk and he doesn't notice its there at all im happy hes getting something good in hes system hes only on day 8 but I haven't seen any problems

Thank god, we found you! Since my son's severe unexpected allergic reaction to food. He stopped eating, started restricting and woud only eat what he thinks its safe for him. He's 12 years old! We bought so many supplements but none worked or suitable. As soon he could smell he wouldnt drink or eat! I have succesfully added this to his deli ham and it sinks right through. No smell and it dissolves easily. He's developed eating issues since the reaction & I'm hoping this would help him. So far we had no issues at all and he doesnt even know! Its hard when they are 12 years old as they have heightened state of taste, and always in a flight or fight mode. It seems like it is working for my autistic 4 year old son who has a very restrictive diet at the moment. I am managing to pour the sachet into his food - mainly toast! And mix with butter or peanut butter. It’s a lot more than I thought so still a bit challenging to ensure he eats the whole sachet, there’s a lot of powder and my son can see the white so can refuse to eat it. But overall I’ll buy more as it is truly tasteless and the ingredients look great.
Absolutely love Luna & Eve! My little one doesn’t even notice in her drink and it was previously a nightmare to get her to take her multivitamins. We have also noticed an improvement in her eating a different variety of foods since taking the vitamins.
I started giving the luna and eve flavourless multivitamin 3 months ago to my autistic non verbal daughter. I chose these over the leading brand competitor as Luna & Eve are an English company and they have to go through rigorous product and safety testing to be able to be deemed compliant with the FSA. I stopped my daughter taking this for just over 2 weeks in between the 3 months as she was having bowel issues which we just wanted to rule this product out and yes we ruled it wasn’t this product. In the two and a bit weeks I stopped Luna and eve , I noticed that my daughter’s behaviour became more erratic and she wasn’t as focused as she was before. So I do recommend this product as it worked for my daughter. Like any product though, I will say it is trial and error. In my case u only noticed the difference when I stopped it for a prolonged period of time. So I would recommend.
Im on my second month of giving this multivitamins to my 6 year old autistic son and he has amazingly improved his behaviour his apetite and he even started saying loads of words and singing songs. We are still in our first few months of use but we are were so pleased with how easily my son has taken to it that we decided to try it for longer. He doesn't notice the taste in his milk so he forgets all about it.

This is great for my autistic son who has a limited diet. We sneak this into the butter on his toast and he has no idea. I feel more at ease knowing that he is getting all the things he needs that he’s not getting from his diet.
My sons autiatic, nonverble and 6 years old. Were on our second box, and my little boy doesnt know he takes every morning in his drink. Ive seen some changes in regulation and my son used to spit all the time ( a stim we believe) and seems to have stopped spitting compleatly. We have an extreme fussy eater! We pop the luna and eve in to an aptimel yogurt and he doesn’t have a clue. We are on our second batch now and we will continue. It’s great to know they are getting the goodness they need and with that it takes the stress out of meal times which has a knock effect as myself and my child are more relaxed there for making meal times more enjoyable, he seems more willing to explore new foods.

My son has a very limited diet. Being autistic he tends to stick to safe foods. It was starting to worry me that he doesn't eat any fruits or vegetables, so he wasn't getting the vitamins and nutrients that he needed. My son has non verbal autism and ARFID. He has a very restricted, limited diet so I needed to find a vitamin supplement that was suitable for him. He will not chew any vitamins or have any that are noticeable. Luna and eve are tasteless and white powder that dissolves in his pizza sauce without trace! Id tried the Ella Ola before Luna and Eve came out and it states it is tasteless but it wasnt! And you could clearly see it in his food so he refused to have them. I was therefore sceptical when I purchased Luna and Eve, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the difference. We have now signed up to get 3 boxes sent every 3 months.

These vitamins do what they say on the box! A very fine powder that I mix into my son's milk. Colourless. Flavourless. He hasn't recognised they are there at all which is great. I was previously using Ella Ola and I am impressed how Luna and Eve mix into the milk better and without the colour residue that they had.
Dissolves perfectly in to juice so my son doesn’t notice. He had his bloods taken and not deficient in anything which is surprising due to him being autistic and only eating beige food.

This vitamin is absolutely great I will defo recommend it to fussy eaters. My 4 year old is autistic and non verbal he has been struggling to eat for over 2 years he has beige foods. The powder is tasteless and I mix it with his weetabix and he has it without realising but on the other hand if I mix it with his juice the drink looks cloudy and he will not drink!
